A Florida mother who posted a picture of her baby with a bong on Facebook has sparked outrage.
Florida Department of Children and Families has launched an investigation into the mother’s lack of parenting skills.
The 19-year-old mom defends the photo, saying she took the picture as a joke and posted it on Facebook for one of her friends to see.
“If u look at the picture u can see that there is no bowl in the TABACCO [sic] pipe … I would never ever ever let him get high,” she responded to Sky News via Facebook.
First off, if you wanted to share a picture with one friend, email it. Facebook is a social networking site and what you put up there is pretty much public. The fact that this mom had the bong out for her baby to access is another point against her. And I don’t know that responding to this issue through Facebook is the brightest idea either, what with the “u” for “you” and the “never ever ever” …

Ummm I guess this is what a 19 year old college age student would find funny…and I do see the humor in it but, this is just stupid. People always do entirely too much online. Did she really not think about the consequences when she posted that picture? I guess not…..
