National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.
May 7
The message is simple, sex has consequences and the purpose of this day is to get this message across. On May 7, teens across the country can visit
www.stayteen.org to take an online, scenario-based quiz that helps teens make the right decisions. Spread the message to help prevent teen pregnancy throughout the month of May.

25th Anniversary Lasershow Celebration Stone Mountain Park

Atlanta Jazz Festival 2008:
“31 Years, 31 Days”
May 1 through May 31
The annual musical showcase happens at four venues throughout Metro Atlanta and ends with a three-day music festival on Memorial Day weekend at Woodruff Park. Most events are free, but the event at the High Museum of Art will cost $18 per person. The High event is free for members.

Music @ Noon
Centennial Olympic Park
Through Oct. 30, 12 - 1 p.m.
The Downtown park hosts concerts during lunchtime featuring a variety of music, like pop, R&B and jazz performed by local artists. All concerts are free.
