Events to Support VOX

VOX's Board of Directors currently hosts two fund-raising events each year: Sip & Shop in the fall and VOX Rox the Dictionary: A Grown-Up Spelling Bee in the spring.

On May 25, 2010, VOX's Spelling Bee for Grown Ups will put Atlanta to the test -- the spelling test, that is.

This fun evening will take place at Ventanas in downtown Atlanta. Signature drinks & delicious food will make raising funds and awareness for VOX a lot of fun.

Sip & Shop, a wine tasting and silent auction, brings together indivduals for a pre-holiday auction and fun evening out in the fall. Sip & Shop 2009 was held at Alston & Bird.

Over 200 individuals sipped delicious wines donated by Murphy's wine shop, enjoyed hearty and delectible foods donated by Dennis Dean catering and Horseradish Grill, and "shopped" for great gifts — hand-made jewelry, unique experiences, travel packages and more.
