Kamalia Blunt, 15 is a rising junior from Booker T. Washington High School. She said, “The school is very peaceful most of the time, but when it comes to the last weeks of school you may see about ten fights if you’re lucky”.

Kamalia is confident because she strides toward the best of her work at school, home, and at VOX. But when it comes to certain friends she is a shy person because it takes time for her to know someone new.

Kamalia heard about VOX from her school counselor, so she and her friends decided to sign up for the VOX Teen Staff. Now her friend Chernail Arnold is working with her and other people to get the job done at VOX Teen Communications.

Kamalia’s favorite quote is “People don’t fear darkness, they fear what they think lies within it.” This is her favorite quote because it doesn’t really just relate to darkness it mostly relates to fear.
